Add gear from any site with one paste, and see instantly whether it earns commission
Add From Anywhere
Click Add Product on any of your lists and you get a single field that does two jobs: type to search the Rendezvu catalog, or paste a product URL from any website. Brand sites, REI, Backcountry, anywhere you found the product. Catalog products add instantly; pasted URLs are fetched and processed in about 15 to 20 seconds.
Paste a URL, watch the live commission check, then review the product before it lands on your list.
The Commission Check
As soon as you paste a URL, Rendezvu checks the brand. A green confirmation shows the commission rate you earn on every sale from that domain — 10% on most partner brands, and higher where the brand has set a standard rate above that (the full list lives at rendezvu.co/partners). If the brand is not commissionable yet you can still add the product, your recommendation just will not earn on it. Know somebody at that brand? The prompt that appears lets you send a one-tap intro email, and once they join, every host starts earning on their products.
What Happens While It Processes
After you submit a URL you will see progress messages like "Getting product information..." and "Trying to find photos..." while the system pulls in details, images, and pricing and builds your tracked link. If no usable photos come back right away, the product still goes live and photos are updated within 24 hours.
Review Before It Goes Live
Every add finishes with a quick three-step review. First, check the product info: you can edit the product name and add a variant like "Color: Blue, Size: Large". Second, share your knowledge: add notes on who the product fits, sizing quirks, and why you trust it, which is what separates your page from a plain store listing. Third, share it: the share menu is right there so a fresh recommendation can go straight to your audience. There is no approval wait. The product is live on your list the moment it is added.
If a Link Will Not Add
Make sure you copied the full URL including https://, and that the product is still available on the retailer's site. If it loads fine in a new tab but still fails, try adding it again. For a product that added but looks wrong, open its product page and use Report an Issue, and we will investigate.
