This 500ml handheld soft flask gives you a lot of versatility. My preference is to have it stowed in the back of my belt, but you can also run with it in your hand. It's super easy to refill at aid stations with the SpeedFill cap. I usually start races with one of these full of drink mix and plan to refill as needed at aid stations
